Required by the Circular on Sorting out Regulations and Rules of General Office of the State Council, the Ministry of Commerce, based upon deliberations at its 44th Executive Meeting, hereby promulgates the Catalogue of Prevailing Valid and Effective Regulations and Catalogue of Prevailing Valid and Effective Regulatory Documents.
