In the first quarter of 2019, China’s totalimport and export value reached US$1027.21 billion, with a decrease of 1.5%year on year (the same as below). The export was US$551.76 billion, with anincrease of 1.4%, and the import was US$475.45 billion, with a decrease of 4.8%.The trade surplus was US$76.31 billion, increasing by 70.6%.
Right in March, the total value of theChinese import and export was US$364.7 billion, with an increase of 3.1%. Theexport was US$198.67 billion, with an increase of 14.2% and the import was US$166.02billion, decreasing by 7.6%. The trade surplus was US$32.65 billion.
