On September 5, Li Fei, Assistant Minister of Commerce and Hirai Hirohide, Japanese Vice-Minister for International Affairs co-chaired the 20th Regular Vice-ministerial Consultation between the Ministry of Commerce of China and the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan.
